Detroit Graffiti at Gratiot Avenue and Adelaide Street

Gratiot and Adelaide Graffiti 1Gratiot and Adelaide Graffiti 2This high-visibility group of Detroit graffiti on the northwest side of Gratiot Avenue, just slightly south of Adelaide Street is ripe, low-hanging fruit for street art enthusiasts like ourselves. Seems the good people at Eastern Market-based Douros Foods are friends to local taggers and apparently gave permission Gratiot and Adelaide Graffiti 3Gratiot and Adelaide Graffiti 6to embellish these walls, and for that we thank them. Dale Carlson grew up along the northeastern shores of Lake Michigan, where at a young age Detroit called out to him in his dreams.
