Detroit Graffiti at Warren Avenue and 16th Street

Warren and 16th Graffiti 16The two buildings on the southeast corner of Warren Avenue & 16th Street, Aspects Automotive and Detroit Architectual Salvage Warehouse, are both great locations for Detroit graffiti, and they appear to be re-used occasionally. We found our first group of paintings here in August of 2010. The second set was photographed only a week ago. Who knows how long they’ll last or how many times these walls have been re-painted between visits. Hit up Google Maps street view to see another installation of works altogether. Follow these links to see more work by a couple of the artists represented here, “Sintex” and “Malt aka BrownBagDetroit”. -I♥DM
