New Detroit Graffiti near 3200 Grand River Avenue

New Detroit Graffiti near 3200 Grand River Ave #3.4Here’s a handful of new Detroit graffiti we found near 3200 Grand River Avenue, just northwest of the Lodge Freeway and Motor City Casino. The first two, by “Chaos” and “Gasm”, are located in a recessed section of the Iron Mountain Records Storage building at 3140 Grand River Avenue, just southeast of a disconnected, one-block, dead-end stretch of Brooklyn Street. The recessed section of the building faces Grand River approximately 50 feet to the southeast of the intersection. The second group, by “Chaos” and “Nekst”, is on the south wall of the now defunct Detroit Edison Noble Street compressed natural gas fuel station, on the east side of Grand River Avenue, just southeast of Gibson St. The building’s address is technically on Hobson New Detroit Graffiti near 3200 Grand River Ave #3.3Street, but the tags are plainly visible as one heads north on Grand River about a block beyond Hobson. The third group, which features two psuedonyms we can’t quite decrypt, is on the street-facing wall of an abandoned and we’d guess soon-to-be-demolished warehouse, also on Grand River, just north of Ash Street. ~I♥DM
